Subscriptions Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our membership services. We value your commitment and aim to provide high-quality resources and support through our Basic, Standard, and Premium plans.
Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.


1. No Return Policy

As our services are digital and subscription-based, we do not offer physical products. Therefore, returns are not applicable once access to membership materials or services has been granted.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a member is accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period.

  • Technical Issues: If access to the purchased plan could not be provided due to a verified technical error on our system, and the issue remains unresolved after support intervention.

  • Incorrect Plan Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan (e.g., Basic instead of Premium), please contact us within 3 business days of purchase. We may assist with upgrading or adjusting your subscription rather than issuing a refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions are billed for a 6-month period (as per your selected plan).
