1. Introduction

These Service Standard Terms And Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Service Standard Terms And Conditions”) contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of Rapid Policies

8. Any edits requested outside of the specifications laid out in the answers given in the registration form.

9. Any cosmetic document edits requested outside of the specifications laid out in the answers given in the registration form.

Certain areas of Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services are restricted from access by you and Rapid Policies Australia may further restrict access by you to any areas of Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion.

5. No warranties

 

Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Rapid Policies Australia makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services or the materials contained on Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services.

 

Additionally, nothing contained on Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

 

The only boundaries are outlined in edit restrictions based on what has been specified in the filled in Registration Form.

 

5.1 With regards to any software provided by Rapid Policies Australia we will provide a lifetime warranty on the software. 

 

 This is limited to fixing breakages that are software faults and this will be made void if anyone who is not working for Rapid Policies Australia tampers with the settings of the software or its integration components.

 

 

6. Limitation of liability

 

In no event shall Rapid Policies Australia, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Rapid Policies Australia, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services.

 

 

7. Indemnification

 

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Rapid Policies Australia from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

 

 

8. Variation of Terms

 

Rapid Policies Australia is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services.

 

 

10. Assignment

 

Rapid Policies Australia shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required.

 

However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

 

11. Entire Agreement

 

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services, constitute the entire agreement between Rapid Policies Australia and you in relation to your use of Rapid Policies Australia Products and Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in NSW for the resolution of any disputes.
